Some items are expensive, can I still purchase online?

Yes! You can use this website like any other ecommerce platform and purchase equipment for your business. We use a secure 128-bit connection (SSL) and offer PayPal buyer protection. If you are unsure about what machine to buy, or have questions, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Do you sell parts for business machines?

Yes. We have access to thousands of parts for various machines - many of which are available for purchase online. If you can't find the part you are looking for on our website, please contact us and we will try to source it for you.

Do you offer technical support?

What if the machine I purchased just isn't right for my busines? Can I return it?

Yes. We offer a 14-day no hassle return on all equipment! Please note that you will be responsible for shipping fees back to us in order to process your refund.

Are your machines made in the USA?

Although MJ Equipment Express is located in and ships from the USA, most of our machines and parts are manufactured overseas. Don't let this discourage you! We source only the finest quality equipment and test our machines regularly.

How long does it take to ship?

Normally we ship items within 1-2 business days. If our shipping timeframe is delayed for some reason we will contact you as soon as possible.

What payment types are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards. Mastercard, Visa, American Express, etc.

Does MJ Equipment Express charge sales tax?

No. Sales tax is only due for customers shipping to Connecticut, USA. If you happen to be located in Connecticut, MJ Equipment Express will pay the sales tax on your behalf.
